These Terms and Conditions apply to the website located at TeachToLoveLearning.com and all products, digital resources, memberships, subscriptions, trials, communities, and services offered by Teach to Love Learning, LLC, including but not limited to the Anchor Chart Club, Teach to Love Learning Resource Library, and other Teach to Love Learning products or memberships (collectively, the “Products” and “Services”).
By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a Product, enrolling in a trial, or joining a Teach to Love Learning membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not continue with your purchase or use our Products or Services.
1. PAYMENTS AND PURCHASES
Teach to Love Learning, LLC sells digital educational resources, memberships, subscriptions, and other digital products.
The price, payment schedule, and billing frequency applicable to your purchase will be disclosed at checkout. Depending on the Product or Service selected, purchases may be one-time payments or recurring subscription payments, including monthly, quarterly, annual, or other billing schedules disclosed at the time of purchase.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Teach to Love Learning, LLC and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide according to the payment schedule disclosed at checkout.
2. TRIALS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
From time to time, Teach to Love Learning, LLC may offer paid or free trials for memberships, including the Anchor Chart Club.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, all membership trials automatically convert into a paid recurring membership at the end of the trial period.
By enrolling in a trial, you understand and agree that:
- You are enrolling in a membership that will automatically continue after the trial period.
- The price and billing frequency that will apply after your trial will be disclosed to you at checkout.
- Your payment method will automatically be charged when the trial ends and will continue to be charged according to the billing schedule you selected until you cancel.
- You are responsible for canceling your membership before the applicable cancellation deadline if you do not wish to continue into the paid membership.
- Simply not using the membership, not logging into your account, or not downloading resources does not constitute cancellation.
By completing a trial purchase, you authorize Teach to Love Learning, LLC to automatically charge your payment method for the membership following the trial and for subsequent recurring payments until you cancel according to the Cancellation Policy below.
3. NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TEACH TO LOVE LEARNING, LLC HAS A NO REFUNDS POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS, MEMBERSHIPS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND TRIAL PAYMENTS.
Due to the electronic nature of our Products and the fact that digital materials cannot be returned once access has been provided, Teach to Love Learning, LLC does not provide refunds after a payment has been processed.
This policy applies whether or not you have downloaded, accessed, or used the Product or membership after purchase.
There will be no full, partial, or prorated refunds for membership payments, subscription payments, renewals, trial payments, digital resource purchases, or other digital Products unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Failure to use a membership, forgetting to cancel, or failing to cancel before a renewal payment is processed does not entitle you to a refund.
4. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel future membership payments by completing the cancellation process provided by Teach to Love Learning, LLC.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on your scheduled billing date to ensure that the cancellation can be processed before your next payment.
The billing process is automated. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation submitted within 48 hours of your billing date will be processed before the scheduled payment.
If your payment has already been processed, the payment will not be refunded, including when a cancellation request is submitted on or near the billing date.
Cancellation prevents future eligible payments after the cancellation has been processed. It does not reverse or refund payments that have already been processed.
5. CANCELLATION IMMEDIATELY REVOKES MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
When your membership cancellation is processed, your membership access is revoked immediately.
Cancellation does not provide access through the remainder of a previously paid billing period unless Teach to Love Learning, LLC expressly states otherwise for a particular offer.
Once your membership is canceled, you will no longer be permitted to:
- access your membership account or membership library;
- download membership resources;
- use previously downloaded membership resources in your classroom or elsewhere;
- reproduce, display, distribute, share, modify, or otherwise use membership-only resources; or
- continue using any resource for which your license depended upon having an active membership.
Your license to membership resources exists only while you are an active, paying member.
If you wish to continue using a particular resource after canceling your membership, you must separately purchase an individual license for that resource if one is available for individual purchase.
Deleting your account, canceling your membership, allowing your membership to expire, or otherwise losing active membership status terminates your license to membership-only materials.
6. REJOINING A MEMBERSHIP
If you cancel a Teach to Love Learning, LLC membership and later decide to rejoin, you will be subject to the membership pricing and terms available at the time you rejoin.
Previous discounts, promotional pricing, grandfathered pricing, bonuses, special offers, or other benefits are not guaranteed to be available if you return.
7. INDIVIDUALLY PURCHASED DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital resources purchased individually from Teach to Love Learning, LLC are licensed to the purchaser for personal classroom use according to the license provided with the Product.
Purchasing a digital Product does not transfer ownership of the Product or its intellectual property to you.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an individual purchase grants one individual user a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Product for their own personal educational or classroom use.
Individual purchases are also subject to our no refunds policy due to their digital nature.
Products purchased separately from a membership may continue to be used according to their individual license even if you later cancel a Teach to Love Learning membership.
8. THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACES
Teach to Love Learning, LLC may also sell Products through third-party marketplaces, including Teachers Pay Teachers (“TPT”).
Purchases made through a third-party marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace’s terms, policies, payment procedures, and technical requirements.
Where applicable, the license accompanying a Product purchased through a third-party marketplace governs permitted use of that Product.
9. LICENSE AND USAGE
All Teach to Love Learning resources are licensed, not sold.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use.
A single-user license is intended for use by the individual purchaser. You may not share your account, login credentials, downloads, files, or resource access with another teacher, colleague, school, team, or other individual unless an appropriate additional or multi-user license has been purchased.
You may not:
- share purchased or membership resources with other individuals;
- upload resources to shared drives, school-wide systems, public websites, resource-sharing websites, or other locations where unlicensed users may access them;
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the resources;
- claim Teach to Love Learning resources as your own;
- use the resources to create competing products or resources for sale or distribution; or
- remove copyright, trademark, branding, or other proprietary notices from the resources.
Additional licenses must be purchased when a resource will be used by multiple educators unless the applicable Product expressly includes multi-user rights.
10. MEMBERSHIP LICENSE
Membership access is different from purchasing an individual digital Product.
When you join a Teach to Love Learning, LLC membership, including the Anchor Chart Club, you receive a temporary license to access and use eligible membership resources for as long as you remain an active member in good standing.
Downloading a membership resource does not convert that resource into an individually purchased Product and does not grant you a perpetual license to continue using it.
When your membership ends for any reason, your license to membership-only resources ends immediately, including for resources you previously downloaded while your membership was active.
Resources you separately purchased outside of the membership remain subject to the license associated with that individual purchase.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
All content included on TeachToLoveLearning.com and within Teach to Love Learning, LLC Products and Services, including but not limited to educational resources, anchor charts, templates, graphics, designs, text, downloads, videos, photographs, logos, branding, membership materials, and other content, is owned by Teach to Love Learning, LLC or its applicable licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in your purchase, membership, or use of this website transfers ownership of Teach to Love Learning intellectual property to you.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, publication, sale, sharing, or other use of our content is prohibited.
12. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
Membership accounts and individual licenses may not be shared with other users.
Teach to Love Learning, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to an account if we reasonably believe that an account or Product is being shared, redistributed, used fraudulently, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.
Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
13. PRODUCT AND MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
Teach to Love Learning, LLC may add, modify, replace, update, or remove Products, resources, features, bonuses, membership materials, or other content at any time.
Membership in the Anchor Chart Club or another Teach to Love Learning membership does not guarantee that any specific resource, feature, Product, or bonus will remain available indefinitely.
14. EDUCATIONAL USE DISCLAIMER
The information and resources provided by Teach to Love Learning, LLC are intended for educational purposes.
Teach to Love Learning, LLC does not guarantee any particular educational, academic, professional, classroom, or other result from the use of its Products or Services.
Educators are responsible for determining whether materials are appropriate for their students and for complying with applicable school, district, state, and other requirements.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, MEMBERSHIPS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEACH TO LOVE LEARNING, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Teach to Love Learning, LLC does not warrant that the website or membership platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teach to Love Learning, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase, membership, use of the website, or use of any Product or Service.
17. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use TeachToLoveLearning.com or Teach to Love Learning, LLC Products or Services for unlawful purposes.
You may not data mine, scrape, crawl, harvest, systematically download, or use automated systems to collect content or information from the website or membership platform.
You may not use Teach to Love Learning content to build, train, populate, or create a competing commercial resource library, membership, product, database, or service without express written permission.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teach to Love Learning, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website, Products, or Services.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Teach to Love Learning, LLC may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on TeachToLoveLearning.com. Your continued use of the website or Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
